Processing and Delivery Times
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
- Delivery typically takes5–7business days for the USA and European countries. Deliverytimes for other regions may vary.
- Trackingdetails will be provided as soon as your order is shipped.
All shipments are sent via express services through DHL & FedEx. Please note that providers may change without prior notice.
Order Changes and Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processed.
- If an order is already prepared, a 50% cancellation fee will apply as all items are made toorder.
- For changes, please contact us immediately via email. Changes can only be made if theorder has not entered processing.
Billing and Import Fees
- Shipping charges cannot be billed to a receiver’s account or a third-party account.
- Any additional fees, such as taxes, processing, or brokerage fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

- If a package is returned toDe Vinyl Craftsafter multiple delivery attempts, it will beresent at the customer’s expense. Any fees incurred from the return will be deducted fromthe refund, if applicable.

- Orders shipped to the USA or Canada typically do not incur additional duties or customs charges.
