Returns
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unused tile stickers within 14 days of receipt, except for samples & custom orders
Return Policy:
- Contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order. Let us know thei ssue, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
- Return items must be in their original packaging.
- Samples, custom orders, and outlet products are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Eligible returns will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) viaemail within 48 hours.Returns without an RMA will not be accepted
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item andplace a new order.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our office in Bengaluru, India.
- Follow the provided return instructions carefully.
- e recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as we cannot be held responsiblefor lost returns.
- Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Refunds will not beissued for items received in unsellable condition.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned tile vinyl stickers are received, inspected, and confirmed to be unused.
- Processing the refund can take 3–5 business days after receiving the return.
- Most financial institutions take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund onyour account. Please allow up to 7 business days before contacting us.

Can I return samples, custom orders, or outlet products?
No, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Will my shipping costs be refunded?
No, shipping costs are non-refundable.
